By accessing and/or downloading images from this account you agree to the terms of service as laid out in the following, (unless a separate written agreement exists between you and Danielle):

You may not edit photos beyond cropping them for social media and print. You may not perform edits like color correction or adding filters from apps like Instagram. If you would like an effect added to a photo, please contact Danielle and discuss the changes with her and you will need to get explicit permission from her to do these changes. There may be an extra charge for Danielle's time.

You may not resell these photos unless a written agreement exists between you and Danielle.

You may use photos for social media, your own posters, and your website without attribution. If you are sharing photos with a publication like but not limited to a newspaper, a blog, or an awards event you must ask the publication to credit Danielle Donville or Ballad Creative as the photographer.

If you are using these photos for merchandise or saleable items, please contact Danielle to arrange an agreement.

Danielle/Ballad Creative holds the copyright to these images unless a different agreement exists. In most cases, you don't own these photos, but you have the right to use them.

Danielle/Ballad Creative provides these images as is.

In no event shall Danielle Donville, Ballad Creative, its officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) related to products sold, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Danielle Donville, Ballad Creative Internet sites, even if Danielle Donville, Ballad Creative or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
